These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Badger Fortress website located
at https://www.badgerfortress.com (the “Site”) and general engagement with Badger Fortress LLC
(“Badger Fortress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Service govern web site usage and do not replace a Master Services Agreement for
actual service delivery.

service agreement, professional advice, or a guarantee of results. Actual IT/cybersecurity services are
governed exclusively by a separately executed Master Services Agreement or client contract between
Badger Fortress and the client.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE
